Levy Park Conservancy, an affiliate of the Upper Kirby District Foundation, is the private, nonprofit organization responsible for the maintenance, operation, and programming of Levy Park, a public City of Houston Park.
Through the cultivation of the managed public space, Levy Park promotes vibrant community gathering that is free and open to everyone. The park’s free amenities and programs foster heath and wellness and access to arts, education, and recreation for all.

Young Audiences of Houston offers family friendly, live art experiences perfect for a wide variety of ages. These interactive workshops and performances last between 60 and 90 minutes and involve YAH artists and ensembles, crossing genres of dance, visual arts, theater, music, and literary arts.
The world is dancing, succumb to the mad rhythm of Argentine Tango! In this program, you will be introduced to Tango fundamentals through rhythms and learn about musicality, connection, basic patterns, and communication. You don’t need a partner or experience.
In partnership with Levy Park, the Houston Center for Photography is thrilled to present the fifth annual exhibition, Views from Levy Park. On view at Levy Park May 11 through June 16, 2024.
Views from Levy Park celebrates a year-long community education photography program and showcases the work of photographers of all levels who participated in the program. The photographs on display were mostly created at Levy Park but also in communities around Houston and beyond.
Houston Center for Photography workshops are held at Levy Park every 1st Saturday of the month from 10am to 11am. This free program covers the basics to a wide range of photography styles and techniques. No prior experience is required and all levels of proficiency and camera types are welcome.
